    This place is my favorite place to go eat brunch with my family. We started going to Des Plaines Family Restaurant for about 6 months and every time we went the food was amazing, as well as the service.
    Food wise, their hash browns and Santa-Fe skillet are my favorite.
    I hope you enjoy the place and food as much as we do as family.

    This little place was SO unassuming but was just terrific. Vanessa was our server and she was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was great too. I had a waffle and my aunt had a sandwich - both were delicious. Little diners like this can be so hit or miss, but this restaurant is a gem.

    Definitely one of my favorite spots ever!!!! I'll forever be returning for their food! The way it's made meet all expectations plus more! I'll never order Nutella Crepes or Skirt Steak from anywhere else, they know how to cook, serve with excellence and professionalism!! Very nice staff thanks for the exceptional service I'll see you all soon!

    Awesome and friendly service! Delicious skillets and waffles! Don't be deceived by the construction. Inside is very family friendly. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. Can't wait to go again with my family!

    This is my second review and I couldn't praise this place more. It is a true gem, while extensive the menu DELIVERS and that's an understatement. If you love breakfast food, if you love fast food, if you love comfort food, if you love full on entrees, you WILL find something delicious to always come back to. Denver Omelette , Des Plaines Skillet and all the Egg Affair choices are fabulous. Don't get me started on the waffles !!!
